Patty Duke may live in the Idaho panhandle, but at age 62, her star continues to shine brightly on television and in the theater.
After a three-year hiatus, the ’60s-era pop-culture icon finds herself this spring starring in both “Love Finds a Home” on the Hallmark Channel.
For years, Patty Duke has been “married into Northern Idaho,” where husband Mike Pierce and his relatives have deep roots. “For 20 years now I’ve been the matriarch of Northern Idaho,” jokes the star, who left behind the frustrations of life in Los Angeles for a more peacable kingdom in the Pacific Northwest.
