In our work with baby boomers we find they love the challenge and for the most part have stricken the word "retirement" from their plans.. they have too much they want to do! Today they have the added incentive of seeing their retirement plans collapse with little prospect for full recovery by many estimates. The great news is that they are taking charge (as entrepreneurs) and getting down to profitable activity like never before. Very true.
