Not to put a pin in the balloon here, but I prefer Facebook to Twitter. With all the regular blogging I do, plus my weekly newspaper column, I find I just can’t spend any more time online without sacrificing real face time with my 3-D family and friends. Lately I have been feeling so over-connected that I’ve deliberately been “forgetting” my cell phone so that I can have private quiet time….

Love the trigger for Twitter! Yay. Funny thing, the more I engage social media, the more I forget what Boomer means. What’s happening? This is why I am so motivated to get my dear ones into the “conversation.” Simple fact, it is enriching my life. Informing me, educating me, expanding my world, connecting me to.. well… more than I can describe.

Twitter led me here….LOVE Twitter. I not only meet great folks, but get to “sound off”, ask questions about chickens, if I can freeze mushrooms or not and camera choices. I see some of my twitter friends over on the ….baby boomers jump into twitter…
