Boomers Embrace Online Social Media

boomers-social-mediaWho says today’s exciting and interactive online world is just for kids?! Baloney! Baby boomers are online with Twitter and Facebook and all the other online technology as much or more than younger generations, according to Forrester Research.

That’s one reason President Obama is using online to communicate with Americans. Chances are we baby boomers may be watching YouTube about as much as the boob tube.

    I agree, I spend a lot of time on the net and social media plays a big part personally and for business. I mainly use Twitter and YouTube for business and Facebook for both. It is just great to be able to communicate with people all around the world – our business is about self education and travel so social media has become a big focus for us.
