		<description>Without saving enough for retirement, this issue of course forces the boomer generation to be in the workforce longer. What about jobs? I have seen younger people coming up being more desireable and qualified in certain industries. Perhaps this will force us to think out of the box and to become more creative when choosing an extended career.</description>
