Women Baby Boomers Make An Encore

| September 8, 2008 | 4 Comments

A group of Long Island, New York, baby boomer women facing retirement, and all the changes that come at that stage of life, have launched a chapter of The Transition Network. They started with 45 members and four “peer groups” – groups of six to 12 women with similar interests.

Membership now is at 210 with 20 peer groups in which members share support or interests in areas such as finding a second career, empty-nesting, living single – even travel and poker.  Click here to read more about their successes.
